Situated in the historic market town of Saxmundham near the Suffolk Coast, KT Denison specializes in providing agricultural machinery and vehicle parts to farms and farming businesses throughout the greater Suffolk region.

According to Barry Denison, a partner at KT Denison, their previous payments solution from a different provider was overly complicated and not what the business needed on a daily basis.

The KT Denison team uses Worldpay Dashboard to access a complete view of their business and payments activity, allowing them to interact with assorted information and data in real time – from card sales to settlements and invoices.

Additionally, the company relies on Worldpay’s SaferPayments program to help them comply with the mandated Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

“With Worldpay, we receive next working day settlement of funds free of charge, along with access to a 24/7 Help Desk should we need any needed assistance,” notes Barry.

“Additionally, our DX8000 portable card terminal is highly convenient for traveling to farmers markets and shows, and it's very user-friendly. Having been provided with a truly mobile solution, we can now maximize on our business opportunities – both in the office and when going to industry events. This will no doubt increase our sales and opportunities and assist us in providing our customers with an improved purchasing experience.”

Barry also shares that the initial setup process with Worldpay was straightforward and easy to follow.
